It's still speculation.
Nothing happened today.

They may not have OP by that date.
The timelines are at mercy of everyone else. ;)

Till you see the actual state form of the OP, everything prior to that is speculative hype.

Nothing is guaranteed till it's real and official.

All speculative till there is an official PR stating they received final permit to occupy the space.
