Christ, now I'm even starting to believe all the positive stuff. It certainly does look like they are gearing up to do something. Just do not understand how all of it fits with the fact that there is no contract announced. Why keep that a big secret I wonder ?

Forget the NDA stuff, etc. etc. ... People cannot keep secrets , if there was something on the near horizon there would be a clue of some sort.

I'd bet 2018 sales might yield a $.60c price point in the first quarter of 2019.
