My personal opinion!!!!

I think it is a very bad policy to not inform the wire services of the

court decisions, as I was told IDCC didn't want the volatility, but if it

is bad news it will be all over the wires. It is unfair to worry about

the volatility as the price is not what they are to control but the

business. They are cheating the owners by not being proud of a

accomplishment.

I am a rip roaring bull however on IDCC as I believe ZTE does not want

any part of a court deciding what they have to pay and I think the same

will hold true to all the others not licensed. I also believe that

someone will owe more for the Nokia past infringement.

I think the M2M and the Internet of Things is going to be humongous

and the Hillcrest purchase and the sensors will be a very profitable

purchase as sensors are going to be huge in the future in automobiles

and all kind of robotic machines. The fact that by 2025 the 5G will

be projected to be a 25 trillion industry and with sensors, and LTE

technology and other 5G technology that the IDCC patents will generate

not millions but billions. Even a rate of 1/20th of 1% would generate

a half billion for every trillion or 12.5 billion by 2025 if my math is

right and the streets projection of 25 trillion is right and I do not

think IDCC will get that low of a rate.

My opinion is this stock is going to make the funds very very wealthy

as the individuals will be long gone and scared to make money. Years

ago individuals owned about 80% of the stock and now institutions on

about 80% of the stock, they see the future and the individuals think

about the past and run, not knowing they are about to see wealth they

never imagined they would see.
