You are right in the worst case senario but I doubt it will get there. Try a more realistic number along with an assumed positive rev amount from all the acq for the coming year. Then lets see what the share price should be.

This is a constructive approach to see what value this company has going forward, otherwise we are just wasting our time bashing this company!

If your intentions is just to rip this compnay then don't be here but if you have some sober optimism to shed light on a true stock value (estimating year out that is) then I am all ears.
