Nice. So much points 2 merger now. HPGN majority vote is controlled by Richard Chang, who controls all merger outcome.. CEO of HPGN used 2 work on medical advisory board @ RCHA so that's pretty much just grease on the wheels. $RCHA and $HPGN are very close.
