Not sure I see it that way. What's the most logical reason to accept this private placement. We're taking money from these private placements for a reason and not taking them from Kodiak. If we accepted this money recently to fund the hiring of 10 new employees to service a huge client coming in, I'm ok with this. If we need this money to pay our current 6 employees to post on Instagram and Twitter and do webinars and have no positive outcome, I'm not ok with that.

In the S1 they stated they needed to raise a lot more money than the 2MM by Kodiak. If we're raising money and substantial amounts it's because something huge is coming.
