Agreed with everything you have stated tonight. Jon Spiegel seems to be the most logical investor of this private placement. Have no clue who he is. If it is him (we won't know until confirmed) I also don't understand why we are doing these private placements at .07 when we all agree FUSZ is WAY undervalued. Why aren't the private placements at .15 or .20 such as our agreement with Kodiak? What's this money for if the 200K in notes was for IR as stated by Rory?

Something has to give eventually. We all agree on this and it's enough with these purchases of our stock at such a low PPS. They should all be paying what Rory and Jeffs warrant cost back in May at .36. As most longs here are original investors we should have been at a point now where we sit back and watch others pay a higher PPS while ours was much lower as we believed in the company before it boomed! Why haven't we boomed yet?
