Ok I get that but why excercise them and then sell for only penny’s per share capital gain versus dollars per share. Most that have these warrants don’t have money needs so why dump at these prices? Seems a penny wise and a pound foolish but probably considered free money/icing on the cake. I don’t see the rationale unless it’s spite in the case of Visser.
