Seems about right.

Gotta spend money to make money. Don't think this should be surprising to anyone. They are still in their infancy as a manufacturer. People should be happy to see money being invested in future capacity and technology (like medical approval). They have a standing purchase order for raw materials and a building to turn those raw materials into revenue generating products.

All the recent stock movement is somewhat of a blip. Don't know if people flee or not, but for anyone investing long-term, this should be seen as a positive as Watts noted earlier.
