QSIM sold nanocatalyst assets to VIVK for 2.5 million in preferred shares, 11 million options and 5% royalty on sales of catalyst tech..

Meanwhile. QSIM retains IP related to battery and electric nanotechnology and has indicated looking to M&A withnon public entity.

Started today < 500 k market cap.. lots of meat on this unknown turkey, IMO
