Many are making excuses for the delay. We can put all the addendums we want but the "no later then 10/31/2017" is what I am looking at. That indicates failure to complete the deal. Some may think they do not owe the investors a PR explanation but the PPS indicates to me that they might want to rethink their silence. The longs have now had their share of cheapies. :)
