That was their nice way of saying he is out. He confirmed in an email to another shareholder. He was always just a paid consultant, never received a salary only shares of stock. They have no cash to pay salaries and he was not going to work for free. The previous CEO's disappeared quietly into the night as well. One even died. RIP Sid.
