Too easy to make excuses here.


A CEO with a poor track record didn't have enough common sense to 'let corporate do what they need to do' before lying about news.


'News' isn't telling everyone, 'oops I need to get some things straight with the SEC' the next day.


That's just plain carelessness and poor management.


Pumping scamming CEO ways is all.
