It may be another Yanbu or Jubail on some level...but the notion, on any level that a US pink sheet would be anywhere near it...is ridiculous.

But the stories being manaufactured by the company and its affiliates has got to keep reaching new heights I guess to support a 7.5 Billion OS stock with $0.0005 note conversions hanging over its head like the Sword of Damocles.
