I guess then that would explain the need for having the shares authorized at 40 BILLION. That is unheard of even for down here on the Pinks.
I have been following/playing these type of stocks(OTC) for a very long time( over 30 years)IMO, the only reason these stocks exist is to sell shares. Everything else is window dressing.
