It looks like Qcom had won a summary judgement against Motorola in August of 1999, then settled all litigation with Ericsson a short tile later.

I'm with LOOP, this was an historical win. IDCC Patents are ruled VALID and INFRINGED. I wouldn't worry if the stock doesn't react to this news this week or this month, but its coming.
