I would assume Rory wouldn't sell less than 4$ a share which would net him more than his last company did. Rory owns roughly 50MM shares at 4$. That said I personally am not interested in the discussion of a buyout. Too early for FUSZ especially with all going on. Let this big Telecom deal finalize, hit revenue projections, trade on the Nasdaq and discuss again :)
