I assume, you are not running a company yourself, like I do!? Otherwise you would understand, that you can not calculate the progress in a period of some months.

I think the target is still the same, I would even say it is more higher than the 20 $, which I had given some time ago!

Circumstances, economically and politically have improved a lot in China in the last weeks and months! And all in favor of KIWA!!
