READ: OS 3.06 million and the Co can't sell shares without filings
1) The Co has not sold a single share since the RS in May 2017
2) If they wanted to sell shares now you would think that they would have done so after the RS in May 2017 when the pps was nearly $0.50.
3) If there are any existing notes available, only those noteholders can sell shares now
4) The Co or any insider can't sell shares without filings
5) To sell shares DIRECTLY they must first file an S1 (they did that in 2014)
6) Or they can issue notes and the new note holders can sell. But for that also they have to do a sec filing
7)Right now there is no need for them to sell shares. They may issue notes in future to acquire ships which is a good thing.
8) With the revenue and the ship, it should be valued between $20M to $40 million now IMO. Not $48K for sure.
I have not looked at the filings except one to determine the OS. Pretty busy and no time.
