Its easy for us who are not inside to judge the news delay negatively, I believe he had every intention to give us news in that time frame as I've stated and he was most likely expecting something that would allow him to do so, but it was delayed so he was unable, most likely under council. That simple. Not really worth a lot of bother, just a short delay before our news comes. We will have our day soon.
