lol, it's not that complicated. You put stuff in it and press the button, as you'd do with your mini processor. You can use the specialty disks to slice stuff and the like. Slicing is useful; some of the other possibilities, not so much.
I think most people just use it when they want to chop or grind a lot of something quickly. When I make stuffing, I want it to contain a LOT of onion and celery. So I do that in the processor. Takes minutes instead of much longer.
