Cheap is relative. Free is not possible and .0001 may be cheap enough, but implies it is dead, over history. When the news hits it will soar to a dime, then .01 will seem extremely cheap, its all perspective.

I waited for news once, actually 2-3 times before I learned my lesson, news came on the weekend, and the stock opened up 500% higher and profit taking made that a 4 year high.
