Mike,

If this is such a great company with great products and we are in the midst of massive droughts in the Midwest how is it that CEO has been unable to secure feed lots? Granted there was a period of lawsuits and other legal proceedings, but as you noted, those are gone now and have been gone for 5 months now. So what has our friendly shareholder been doing to enhance shareholder value.

Granted he has not diluted to pay bills, but how do we really know that. And if he did not dilute then he borrowed money from individuals and that is a factual statement. Has he made ANY effort to pay the money back. The answer is that he has not sent a dime back to anyone I know has borrowed money from. If I owed you $200 and I was really short on cash, I would send you $50 and say Mike...sorry I cannot pay you back now but take the $50 and I will make every effort to whittle it down. Our CEO pays one gets paid back. No effort to pay no excuses.Does not have the courtesy to even return calls of those who helped him out. Do you have an argument for that?

Mike, I would love to see some buying in the stock and since you have been so well taught why are you riding this down? I agree stocks move on no news, BUT there are positive things the insiders know ahead of time to move those stocks or there is some signal, like increased volume that may show something is happening.

Here most of the time you have the market maker trading $3 of stock back and forth every other day, so if he or anyone wants to play games on the up side start taking me out. I will then put up the next 1,000,000 to sell. I have ridden too many stocks down and I am stopping out of this.......what do they call that term "trailing stop"?

Mike I am not arguing with you I am expressing opinion and fact.
