Why, then, when bad news was released in the past did the stoxck plummet in a heartbeat and then we found out we lost a decision at CAFC or USPO, etc.?

The big boys (mm's, shorts, funds managers, etc. know almost instantly when something happens, good, bad, or indifferent.
