It's a formal complaint. Whoever JE and IM are seems to me they are the ones in the doodoo... DEEP I might add.

Anticipated your change of topic TSX but it's clear the allegations of illegal and manipulative trading are finally coming to light, from the NASD Department of Enforcement no less.
