I'd like to point out that there has been no bad news either, that alone is a huge improvement!!! And unlike 99.999999% of penny stocks no increase in the AS and shares being dumped. Hell it trades less than 1% of the AS/OS in a year the last few years, an obvious locked float with no sellers.

I know there have been times when the CEO was hard to reach, but I have always been able to reach him in a weak or so. Only time I was not able to reach a penny CEO was just before a massive 10 bagger move up on news.

Just sayin....
