Who are "JE" and "IM" ??

Sound like a right pair for sure...well that should get the ball rolling at least GOD knows where this takes us in terms of any possible settlement but the process has finally started. Why so long to bring to light is another fine question.

Hundreds of billions of shares unaccounted for which of course prompts another question. Is this what mucked up the works requiring Roger Glenn or is this simply the tip of the iceberg?

Money laundering tsk tsk. I'd hazard to guess these two guys are in a heap of legal trouble from the looks of this latest document.
