That may not be true for ALL items.

If just one of the items cannot be there due to currently in use, then all the items being deployed would have to wait.

We expect that the additional equipment that has been ordered, such as smaller diameter tubulars, drilling bits, and well control equipment needed to drill out from below the casing shoe, will arrive in Israel in late November.

Now with that thought in mind, they did say "expect". The equipment could arrive earlier or later. I would put my money on the long pole being the Well Control Equipment (whatever that may entail).

Drill bits don't work well without the Well Control Equipment to guide it and Well Control Equipment is useless without drill bits that fit in the bore hole.

I would be more inclined to believe there is a long pole in the equipment that was ordered and they all need to work together to get the job done correctly and safely.
