Not in jail I received an email few days ago A few answers to FAQs we've seen:

1) Yes - We have big news on the way. However, we are not allowed to discuss via email.
2) Yes - We have a small loyal user base paying the $4.95/mo. and we are planning on growing that in a big way over the coming months.
3) No - We are not worried about the myriad of "competition" we've seen. We plan on building products users love, not chasing our competition.
4) Yes - We are still looking for additional investors to compliment our most recent round of financing.
