what if Red Oak did a 30M buyback every month, what would this do for the PPS or how would CCEL react to buyback. Why no update to buyback that the BOD put on the table. I don't think the 11-15-17 Q will update us or have a meaning in the PPS value. No growth plan, no IR guy and a part timer CEO just doesn't work for me as Investor facts in CBAI.
