Makes total sense and is a typical move for any scam CEO as they can never provide any income. Just bogus pr's to hype up the s/p if the s/h's believe.


Then dilute on said bogus pr's.



This is not new.


Fleecing shareholders is what they do. I don't see why this would be any different.
