That is a possibility. But I have seen this play before and it was primarily retail wanting out at the lower price at cost. Either way, IHSI has far fewer shares on the ASK at 1 than the other company I ref earlier. Even if it is IHSI CD Holders, if the company would simply restrict all remaining shares, not on the ASK, and make the "restricted" shares announcement, along with their other newsworthy points to follow (Fazync value, e.g.), that in and of itself would be more than enough of a catalyst to move the pps well beyond the trips into the mid double (1/2 penny ranges).
