I think Victor is all but telling us that they DID find something significant, and it is exciting to see all this unfolding.

I read through the letter and replaced "if" with "when" and words like that - gives it a very strong outlook. I think that is probably what we're actually dealing with here.

Gaining more shares here while waiting.
