After watching that 224k block on the bid get filled at 3:59:57 I think I am going to file a complaint with the SEC as well. The share price is most definitely being manipulated to let someone in. One person is selling to another person. Someone with a lot of shares to sell. How on earth could the person on the bid know that someone would sell them those shares considering the volume was stagnant all day and why is this person even buying blocks that large unless they know something others do not. Complete and utter manipulation.
