Really hard to say about someone that has received at least 75+ million in venture capital, patents, and a SBV grant, and has been name a collaborator with the DOE on a major battery funding (separate from the SBV grant) and had received at least 175,000 from the India government for the fuel cells before going dark.
It was not that long ago that there were post that they had no employees, according to LinkedIn they have 9 and the CO CEO that has no need to be involved with a scam. The have an office in Abu Dhabi, one in Washington DC and one in Seattle, if we believe the videos Paul S released....
So it would seem he has cattle, he just needs to round them up and get them to market....during the daylight and not in the Dark....
