I felt the same way when I read what you said yesterday about wishing you could invest more. It's coming.

From Zion:

For those of you on our mailing list, we have mailed you the following letter from Zion's CEO, Victor Carrillo, with information on the Unit Program. Please be on the lookout for the letter next week:

Dear Faithful Shareholders and Supporters:

Thank you for standing with Zion Oil & Gas! We continue drilling our Megiddo-Jezreel #1 well in Israel and we are about 3/4ths of the way to reaching our planned total depth.

Zion has recently launched a new $250 Unit Program that ends December 6, 2017.

Please allow me to personally share the key reasons why we are making this program available now for Zion’s existing and new investors.

3 KEY REASONS for Unit Launch:

Ensure adequate cash flow to continue our exploration efforts to finish drilling the well to total depth and properly test the four hydrocarbon zones already penetrated (as identified by independent 3rd party petrophysical analysis). We also want to ensure cash flow to test additional geologic zones we hope to encounter as we continue to drill toward total depth.
We believe we are on the verge of penetrating a key zone of interest, as indicated by increased natural gas shows that are orders of magnitude larger than previously experienced while drilling shallower portions of this well.
Allow Zion Oil & Gas – if this well is successful – to purchase and install production equipment and to map the subsurface in more detail (perhaps with 3D seismic imaging) to possibly pursue field development, if warranted.
The new STOCK UNIT OFFERING will include common stock purchase WARRANTS. For every $250 invested, you will receive 15 WARRANTS for an exercise price of $1.00.

For your convenience, I’ve enclosed the unit program’s explanation/FAQ sheet and enrollment form.

For questions on the Unit Program, please call Zion Oil & Gas at 888-891-ZION (9466).

Shalom and thank you again!

Victor G. Carrillo, CEO
Zion Oil & Gas, Inc.

In my humble opinion. Be responsible for your own decisions.
