I have owned it for less than 90 days and made three purchases making my average 14.72. Have collected 2 monthlies that payed
.23 and will get 2 more before I decide what I am going to do with it.

Today it broke into the 15's so far so good. I do look at it as a high risk just based on the high rate of return so I monitor it at all times.

These high rate over 10% pay outs are extremely risky and this issue is no exception.

Take a look at SDLP similar to CPLP you might like it. Also a favourite of mine is CVA .
