Today was/still is manipulation. I'm going to assume it was an outsider not an insider. Arbitrage is legal when done properly. Looks like someone taking a million dollar position. Doing it old school by knocking some heads together. Anyone with a position who wasn't paying attention to their sell orders today is getting hammered. So are the faint of heart.
If you can buy some, and it doesn't interfere with your ability to pay the bills, throw a bid on the table. Someone might fill it. Or they might not, depends on how tight things are being traded.
