Keep in mind that they cannot sell their shares unless they file an insider form 4 with the sec before they sell. They have not done so to my knowledge as yet. So they still own the shares and can let them become eventually worthless if this stock stops trading or they can take over the shell, build the business, and sell them for hundreds of millions of dollars sometime in the future if they are successful with the business. Common sense outcome to me but who really knows?
