I am the one million bid at .0067. I think WC is going to take the shell over since they were against the Chapter 11 conversion. I assume the deal made was acceptable to them and they withdrew their opposition to it. My thought is why would they care about the Chapter 7 filing for Soupman to sell their remaining useless assets to pay of debtors?
