A lot of talk about who owns the shares of the old Soupman with much speculation that GBI owns the old shares or that it intends to reverse merge with the old Soupman. Why? What reason would GBI have for becoming a publicly held corporation? It already has everything it needs, all the assets, name brand, copyrights etc to produce and sell The Original Soupman Soups and pocket all the profits. Why would it want to have to share those profits with anyone else at this time when it is focusing on becoming a self-sustaining, profitable enterprise of greater value than that which they paid for it. If they need cash, they would have absolutely no problem obtaining it from the current investors so they don't need public cash infusions. Maybe at a later date, when the investors decide they want to monetize their holdings they will go public, but it is not a necessity at this time. Don't be stretching filings in order to find some underlying meaning in them. Let them speak for themselves, not for what you want them to say. You are being played by those who have much to gain by pumping the stock, creating doubt and confusion, and outright lying to you in order to encourage you to pay higher and higher prices for an essentially worthless stock. The only money to be made here is by deceiving the gullible and the noobs. I was an investor in CMKX, a diamond mining stock that turned out to be a scam in the early 2000s. There are still many who believe their shares will entitle them to riches beyond belief because a group of people has led them down a garden path. The stock doesn't trade anymore and hasn't for 10+ years, being delisted all this time, but they just know they are going to be bazillionaires when everything comes into alignment. There are a lot of mentally deficient people in this world. Please don't be so consumed with desire that you refuse to face reality.
