WC really owned control of the ticker before the assett purchase by owning 51%. Then the 9/12 8k and 9/13 13d achnowledge that transfer of power over the ticker. The 9/28 pr was to tell us to calm the f#@& down that everything was ok. The 10/16 hearing was cancelled because noone had a gripe. The 10/18 8k was never even posted and I still have no idea why it was even filed. The symbol is on the product because as far as the ticker goes, it only changed ownership. The chapter 7 went through because there was a couple guys standing around waiting for their official walking papers. That was the last post I have left so I thought I would throw out how I feel and have always felt how things went down here.
