It’s all in the original Army PR, the first $100k was for the Dragon silk shootpacks, which is still being fulfilled by year end, the remaining $900k (now granted) is for the design/supply of new fibres and will last 12 months, potentially having started from this august.

These shoot packs will be tested and evaluated for critical Soldier protective applications including ballistic impact. If awarded, the option phase will significantly expand this work with the US Army.”
