Thanks for bringing up that E-Cig company. Frank joined but then left the Board of Advisors because he did not like the CEO or his actions, IMO. Seth did raise money for e-cig, it was not his company. In fact, Seth felt such an obligation to help E-Cig shareholders that he once again put on his Superman cape and fought to save shareholders from a bad situation. Seth raised over $400,000 to pay off all the debt and now the Company is alive and with a group of international financiers. Shareholders have a chance in the future. Now, Dianne, if in a year you see that Company resurrect itself will you post how great Seth is for giving shareholders hope.
