The connection between the two is really unclear. Forget which ones (think one was gers one btzo) but I've read two filings that describe the relationship different than the other. I'm thinking KK wouldn't sever the connection between GERS and BTZO without some sort of filing for risk of legal action from us. Beyond that, he owns both so if he keeps that connection intact, it's just more money for him, right? I think we might see little something from this but I'm not holding my breath. Looks like we got another month of waiting anyways.
