jobynimble,you seem to have more info here-my guestion would be does BTZO still own 80% of GERS? You may not know-could KK just cut the cord between BTZO and GERS without any approval from somewhere? Suppose we still do own 80%- if I owned 80% of a mens clothing store, I either get 80% of the profits or suffer 80% of the losses-pretty simple example I know. So lets suppose GERS gets 50 million bucks-surely we should get something from that, being a majority owner of GERS. This whole scenario has me confused, but I am not very smart I know...
