Pallone Sides With FDA On Omega-3 Case, Urges ITC Not To Take Up Amarin Investigation. I read this as FDA has screwed up and using a political figure to bail them out or lesson a blow about to come upon the FDA. Is this correct in my thinking? What comes next if ITC does take up an investigation? Im liking this a lot seems like Amarin will get another win against the FDA. Can someone comment and set me straight please :)
