That post was incomplete ... “due to the fact” ... at that time, Mike W. ... Did Not, nor did he need to, address the continuing and quite controversial ongoing litigation in D.C. ...

Mike W. was originally involved in the D.C. litigation process ?, ... however he was smart enough not to find a need to mention the D.C. Actions, when he discussed the Plan 7, Specific CLASS Reorganization Process ...
