Just had a PACER filing last Friday.

IVDN asked for 4 more days to finish their discovery, specifically to depose a company, ESP

The judge agreed to it, so discovery officially ends next Monday Nov. 6

After that there is a post fact discovery phone conference on Nov. 20

The only other thing that could delay the final ruling would be if they had a round of "expert" discovery, which has been mentioned in the briefs.

I am relatively certain that this will be resolved by the end of the year.

By the same token, if you go back and look at the news on June 7, any kind of deal with New Thinking Fashion would have absolutely nothing to do with the FTC complaint, which is specific to the house wrap in the United States and IVDN claims of the insulation R rating.

Also, any deal with India (see news on June 14) or any other foreign country or entity would not have ANYTHING to do with the FTC case.

That is what I think could be driving the action in the stock
