Maybe it is just nomenclature, but if you do not have a sales and/or/mkg mgr whose job is on the line just for that, and it is is just sort of a shared responsibility for everybody, guess what. Maybe everybody gets their base income, but nobody gets laid off. IN fact they get job security and bonuses for showing up, and maybe stock options, whatever, sound familiar? That is the history of the company we have invested in.
